I stumbled upon this neighborhood when I followed a whim and went straight instead of turning. It fronts the interchange between the I35W and I94 freeways. There are some lovely old apartment buildings here that require daylight to appreciate. The wooden wall is a noise barrier to block some of the freeway din.
